He began his career at First National Bank, moving to igroup, GE Money, e-loanshop.com and latterly Tandem Home Loans following the hugely successful merger with Tandem Bank.
Roger, Director of Sales & Distribution, is well known to intermediaries for his tireless work in championing the specialist lending market over many years. Over the 30 years, he has owned and run one of the largest packagers in the UK prior to the credit crunch in 2008 and since then was instrumental in establishing Precise Mortgages as a principal player in the specialist lending market. With an encyclopaedic knowledge of all aspects of the specialist market, he is especially known for his crusading work in educating brokers to help them see and grasp opportunities to expand their services to clients.
