Tom has worked within mortgages for 10 years, having been an Advisor, Underwriting Manager and now National Account Manager. When not working he is usually in the gym, out running or out socialising. He is due to get married in April and has a cat called Monty.
Andy has enjoyed 22 years within financial services gained in both retail banking and intermediary sectors. He has a real passion for people and development. He is a big advocate of Inclusion and diversity (as well as mortgages!) and has a lot of experience leading and implementing large scale strategies. He is happily married with 4 children and 2 dogs!
